I waited weeks for an item to come back in stock and ordered it immediately when it was. Attached is a photo of what I ordered vs. what I received. I have yet to hear anything back from customer service about any way to resolve this, and it looks like it may never be resolved.
I am incredibly disappointed with this store. I ordered an item and immediately wanted to change it to a different item. They told me I was not able to make any changes to the order once it had been placed. Ok, great. I will just send it back once I receive it. I received my item and I can't even get it on my body it's so small. I tried to return it (for store credit) so that I could get something that would fit and was told since I used their "summertime" code, I was unable to return it. So now I am stuck with something I can not wear and am out the money. I have shopped at their store in the past and had planned on buying more. This has changed my mind completely. I will no longer shop with this company. Instead I will shop with a company who cares about the customer. I will also make sure all my friends who blog about their store including on instagram know how terrible of a business model this store has. This is not a way to run a business! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I just recently found this boutique about 4 months ago and since then, I have placed about 15 orders! The sizes are exactly as they describe. The return process is fast and easy, I received the wrong item, opened the portal and within 7 days I had my gift card ready to use! The customer service is the best part! They respond very quickly and have always resolved my issue the same day! I have tried countless other online stores and I will ONLY shop at PL from here on at! Thank you for treating me like a customer and not just another number!
Not impressed. You can only get a gift card refund from them. Wouldn’t buy with that type of refund policy. Found that out trying to make a return with them!
Ordered something like month ago still has not been shipped Nobody responded to me don’t even cater to the guess . They say 10-13 days to ship still have not even shipped my products. DO NOT BUy‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
The sizing is absolutely misleading. Not for busty women, or women with curves. I wear a medium that fits loose in almost all other brands, I ordered two dresses from Pink Lily and can’t even pull them over my chest. The mediums I ordered fit like an XS in my opinion. Not returnable and I certainly don’t want a store credit. The material is also very cheap and unflattering. The dresses are both wrinkled from the awful packaging. They feel like a discount store material with a high price tag.
Don’t buy! Return is to a gift card not your credit card!!! Worst customer service. You shouldn’t even be allowed to do that without putting out notification prior to buying you won’t get your money back if you hate everything you purchase.

The company tricks you to buy clothes and when items don't fit there is no way to get your money back. They send you E- credit. If i am disappointed with my first order. Why would I want to buy anything else with again? Almost $300 that i spent just sit on the accounts and no real refund. Feels like the company defrauding customers. Have been always buying stuff online and this is my first time when I cannot get a refund. Very unexpected. On top of it, it has been almost a month since I sent the items back and I still have not heard from them.

I did return few items and I am trying to figure out how am I going to get the refund. I send 2-3 emails (because there is not a phone number) and nobody reached me out.
Sometimes even when the clothes is super cute and flattering, if customer service sucks then it’s not worth spending money on this boutique. I placed an order and the second that I did I tried canceling it because I wanted to add more items so that I can have free shipping and add a coupon code to some things that were on sale. Of course, there is no button to cancel order immediately so I had to email them. They said it was to late because it already been shipped out. Like really ? I sent a message the same minute that I had placed the order. Just sucks. I just payed full price for things that were on sale. Will not be ordering again.
I actually really like there clothes, they fit well. I have referred so many friends and family to this website but recently very disappointed of lack of responses to emails i sent. I purchased an item, the same in multiple colours. Within 3/4 weeks of wear, the leggings had big holes in the back . I have emailed them requesting that they replace these given i am a regular customer and not had long - they have failed to reply which is a shame. Im hoping this review may trigger a response. Its the principle as they were not expensive but i expected better wear out of them

I continuously have issues with ordering from PL and their customer service. For starters and as an FYI, their clothing is almost always not true to size; I would always size up and even size up twice in some occasions.
Most recently, ordered the SEASIDE ESCAPE PEACH LEAF COOLER BACKPACK and chose to add a single initial monogram and received the item with no monogram at all. Mistakes happen but this is the second order in a row that I have had issues with.. called the customer service line which weirdly has not been in service for over 1 month and then chose to email pictures of my order and invoice asking CS to fix it. They offered me a PARTIAL refund which to me, unacceptable OR a return label to ship it back and fix it. I chose the latter and am waiting on that confirmation email. ADDITIONALLY, I was charged twice for the monogram I did not receive. Once on the backpack order and once on a completely separate order that wasn't even an item to allow monograming??? Not sure what's going on but Pink Lilly needs to begin to pay more attention to their ordering, packing and delivery process.. Once these issues are fixed, I choose not to order from Pink Lilly anymore due to the reoccurring issues I've had with them.
They have the cutest items! But they desperately need to get their quality checks down before they can really fire from all cylinders.
Received an item that was damaged, emailed the customer service on Saturday received a response on my options by Sunday and by Sunday night it was resolved with my replacement item being shipped on Monday. I was very happy with how quick this happened and how it was handled!

I chose pink Lily over other businesses like it because Trinette did a try on haul and I live so many items! On top of that they always have a sale plus the customer service can't be beat!
